Claremont pattern (embossed) flow blue Johnson Brothers china plate for a butter dome. This measures 5 1/2" across the well, 7 1/2" across the handles. This would work well with a glass cloche, too!

The plate is in very good condition without chips, cracks or staining. There's a little fine crazing, no browning or discoloration - I don't believe this was ever used.
