Franz Welz art deco vintage Czech art glass, large vase multi colored confetti spatter

Beautifully colored spatter glass vase, early 20th century vintage, hand blown glass. This is not marked or signed though I believe it's Franz Welz, Bohemia (Czech) art glass. Measures about 10 1/2" tall, it's in excellent condition without chips or cracks.
