rare old Lauterjung Germany hand-crank slicer, rotary blade bean frencher

Hard to find 'double' bean slicer, for frenched green beans. The unit arm is adjustable in angle, made to pivot from the table clamp.

It's a vintage hand-crank model from Lauterjung, excellent quality, German made, with 5 1/2" blade wheel. There's a little wear and spotting to the finish, but it's good and sharp, and doesn't appear to have had very much use.
