single cup tea strainer, unusual gadget made in Germany metal sieve w/ pivot

Marked Germany all metal tea strainer (one cup size, sieve is 2 1/4" in diameter). This has an unusual tip out design with a pivoting strainer, seems to work very well! It's used but in good condition overall.
