vintage ruby red glass cake plate or relish tray, French kitchen glass?

Unmarked (France?) ruby red glass serving plate, about 13" in diameter. This has a few small makers flaws and a little scratching from use.

It's colored glass all the way though, not a flashed on colored finish - so it's a practical, durable piece for holiday or everyday use.
