old antique glass reamer, orange or lemon juicer w/ 1909 patent date

Early 1900s vintage reamer, heavy pressed glass with embossed 1909 patent date. It's 6" long across bowl and finger ring handle.

It's not in perfect condition, this has some edge roughness and a number of tiny fleabite chips. But it's a nice old piece, we very seldom find genuine older reamers with marked dates.
