"STOP sweating on toilet tanks - Central Brass MFG", but it could be used any where you would like to blend to fluid lines. This Temperator valve is designed to blend the two incoming waterlines into a single outgoing line. The brass valve body carries a patent number from 1957.
This valve was made to take the cold water line that feed your toilet and allows you to add just a little hot water into the feed. This blending amount is adjustable, so you can increase the temperature or decrease the out flowing water temperature. The valve has check valves in each line to prevent the warm water from bleeding back into the hot and cold water lines.
It measures about 3 5/8" high with about 1/2" water lines. The box is old and worn.
