rare love birds heart pattern antique Homer Laughlin china cups & bowls, green bird blue border

Vintage Homer Laughlin china, lovebirds pattern from about the same period as their bluebirds of happiness pattern, 1920s or 1930s.

This lot is two each of tea cups and small fruit bowls used as deep saucers in the Victorian style. The cups fit well in the bowls (see photos), this actually works pretty well though not 'fancy'!

All four pieces look very good, no chips or cracks, design and trim look good without noticeable wear. These pieces have age crazing to the glaze, and a little spotting / discoloration (see photos).
