old antique stoneware pottery cookie jar crock, hand-painted vintage yellow ware

Nice old crockery cookie jar with handpainted fruit design on grey-green glaze, measures 11" tall.

This is heavy stoneware pottery in good shape without chips or cracks to the jar or the lid. There is some wear to the paint.

This jar isn't marked with a maker, and we're not familiar with this shape, though the color looks very much like a Red Wing shade to us.
