antique art nouveau Pairpoint pierced bronze or copper vase w/ glass insert

Aesthetic period bronze or copper Pairpoint vase with pierced design, lovely tarnished red color. This stands 5 1/4" tall to the top of the glass, glass is 3 1/8" tall.

The glass insert is a 1930s Hazel Atlas glass tumbler, not original to this piece (which probably would have held a tulip glass). It fits pretty well, though it has a little scratching where it rubs against the metal.

It stands good and straight, it's a beautiful piece and my rotten photos here don't do full justice to its shape or coloring.
