antique Victorian mustache cup, Pairpoint bright cut silver hand engraved

Beautiful ornate late Victorian bright cut silver mustache cup engraved with a name (I can't make it out, even with a rubbing) and the date December 25th 1893.

It's been well loved, and has nearly no silver left at all, though it was Pairpoint, a quality piece. It's also slightly out of round. Measures about 3 1/4" x 3 1/2" overall.
