Springer spaniel bird dog in the field, vintage Bavaria china plate

Vintage china plate with a spaniel retriever in the field, eye on the bird. It's a Bavaria piece, 7 3/4" in diameter. There's a little light finish wear but the illustration looks pretty nice overall.
