8 yards plaid cotton flannel shirting for pjs or flannel work shirts

All cotton flannel shirt fabric (nice for pajama pants, too). It's smooth, not fuzzy napped flannel, with a close weave though not terribly heavy. This is 42" wide x 8 yards, never laundered or preshrunk.
