Vintage wooden box or case with finger jointed corners and brass plated hasps. It measures about 16" x 8" x 3" and opens in the middle. We're not sure what the original use for this was, but we think that it would make a great artist's sketch or paints box or a case for tools.

We think that the wood is mahogany with a natural finish. The hasps are marked Presto Lock Co, Garfield, NJ.
