primitive antique cast iron floor grating or industrial drain cover

Primitive old cast iron floor grate. This measures about 10 1/2" x 13 1/4". It has five small simple plug feet. one at each corner and one in the center. It is about 5/16" high over the feet.

This grating is pitted with rust and age.
