1940s 50s vintage picture frame photo stand w/ copper bronzed baby shoes

Copper colored bronzed baby shoes on a stand with a frame for a photo, so sweet! These are late 1940s or 1950s, I think. Frame is empty (no glass), opening is 9 1/2" x 7 1/2".
