vintage cast metal donkey, small spelter animal figure w/ worn old copper brass finish

Little cast metal donkey or burro, probably spelter, marked Japan. This measures about 3" long x 2 3/4" tall.

The copper or gold brass finish is uneven in color, and very worn. The base metal looks good, without breaks or repairs.
