4 yds cotton quilt fabric, primitive patches checkerboard patchwork print Springs One Heart One Mind

4 yard length of 44" wide quilting weight cotton fabric, rust brown 'patches' print with a country primitive style, 1990s vintage.

This has never been laundered, and is in excellent condition. This fabric (and many others that I'm listing) came out of the estate of 98 year old quilter and avid fabric collector.

It's the largest collection of quilting fabrics I've ever seen, all carefully stored, most labeled with the year it was purchased and the original price paid, years ago.
