vintage Easter toys / decorations, eggs w/ peek-a-boo chenille chicks

Lot of two little peek-a-boo Easter eggs with chenille chicks, unmarked hard plastic, probably made in Japan? So cute!

These are weighted inside to lay at an angle, with the chick just peeping out (the chicks hang by wires, from little hooks - not visible when the eggs are balanced upright). The eggs are 1 3/4" long and have just a little scuffing, no chips or cracks.
