vintage pewter serving or hall tray w/ handles, ornate gallery rim

Beautiful unmarked pewter tray (probably Dutch or German, we think?) with ornate rim, 17 1/2" long across the handles. This has been used, and has a few spots to the finish and some tarnishing.
