antique Victorian vintage bright cut silver plate stand, basket shape

Beautiful old bright cut silver plate basket to hold fruit or a plate for cakes etc.. This is (very worn) quadruple plate over 'white metal', worn down to the base metal in areas from years of polishing.

It's about 9" in diameter, and 4 1/2" tall from the table to the rim of the plate. The bottom rim is out of round, but overall the shape is good, with the handle straight, and the plate rim level.
