1800s antique baby mug, bright cut silver plate Victorian vintage child's cup

Turn of the century bright cut silver plated baby cup, Wm Rogers Hartford Connecticut mark. This is worn and tarnished, still very sweet! Measures about 2 1/2" in diameter x 2" tall.
