1920s vintage framed embroidery, roses floral bouquet embroidered picture

Lovely vintage cross-stitch embroidery, in old wood frame under glass. This is 1920s - 30s, we think? judging from other items from the same estate.

The frame measures 16 1/4" x 22 1/4" overall. This has some water spotting to the fabric (mostly at the one corner, shows in the photos) which we have not attempted to remove at all.
