old wheel-cut floral pattern comport, vintage elegant glass pedestal bowl

Very large, very pretty vintage wheel cut pattern glass comport, 8 1/2" tall and 9 1/4" across the bowl. This is in excellent condition, without signs of use or any damage. We have no idea as to the pattern name or maker, though - sorry!
