Very old, very shabby dark blue transferware china plate with horses pattern - this is early 19th century, Adams - England, circa 1825. It's about 9" in diameter, with an amazing number of old browned chips to the rim, crazing, a star hairline visible on the back of the plate, tons of glaze wear. This is 200 years old, it's aging pretty well all things considered!
