hand-painted terracotta pottery pitcher w/ bright flowers, vintage Italy or Spain

Unmarked vintage pottery pitcher... we can't decide if this is Italian, Spanish, or Portugese? We love it anyway, with it's bright handpainted pattern, Mediteranean villa style!

Measures 6 1/2" tall, has a few maker's flaws (glaze skips, as shown in the photo).
