wheat & hops pattern antique white ironstone china sauce dish or soup tureen

Mid 1800s vintage unmarked ironstone china oval dish with notched lid for a sauce or soup ladle. This is a wheat and hops pattern, lovely and very difficult to find!

This isn't in the best of condition, as the handle has been broken off the lid (by the look of it, many years ago). There's a short hairline to the bowl coming down from the rim, also the expected scratching and browning including spots of foxing.

The dish with cover stands 5 1/2" tall as it is, and the dish measures 8" long across the handles. We believe this piece is English ironstone (feels right, and has the incredible detail found on pieces from England).
