70s 80s vintage Otagiri Japan ceramic owl mug, cute for a planter pot

Cute little owl ceramic mug, marked Otagiri, made in Japan. This is about 3 1/2" tall.

It's been used and has some discoloration or staining, as well as a tiny chip to the rim. It would make a great planter, I think!
