Chinese snuff bottle, vintage carved stone soapstone fu dogs, foo dog carving

Carved stone snuff bottle, made of soapstone, we think? This came out of an estate, and we'd guess it's age as 1970s or early 1980s, though we know very little about Chinese handcrafts or art, and can't say for certain.

It's decorated with fu dogs and measures about 4" wide x 4 1/2" tall to the top of the stopper. We saw no notable damage, it's been carefully kept and is in very good condition.
