antique 1800s American centennial silvered glass fisheye mirror, convex bubble glass in gold eagle frame

Round convex glass fish eye mirror in an old carved wood Federal eagle frame, probably Centennial vintage, 1876. It's 22" long over the frame, 11 3/4" in diameter over the domed glass.

The glass has worn silvering, and the gold frame shows some age and wear. It's a lovely antique piece, we generally find the eagle mirrors made in plastic, not carved wood like this one!
