antique cast iron finial for table or floor lamp, ornate vintage metal sailing ship nautical decor

Large heavy antique cast iron finial with sailing ship design, early 1900s vintage. I did not find any makers marks on this one, but I believe it's probably for an early electric floor lamp or large table lamp.
