rustic Italian wooden butter paddles or gnocchi board set, wood pasta tools

70s or 80s vintage ridged wood board paddle kitchen tools, marked Italy. We've been told these are butter paddles, but we think they might actually be gnocchi boards! They're 2" wide, about 9" long overall, lightweight pine wood.
