Victorian vintage ornate silver biscuit jar or lump / cube sugar bowl, Webster web mark

Beautiful very ornate bright cut silver biscuit jar or sugar bowl, turn of the century Webster silver with spider web mark. Measures 7 1/2" across the handles, stands 6" tall to the top of the lid.

This has almost no silver plating remaining, it's polished down to the pewter colored base metal. This dull grey shade looks so pretty, and a little more stylish than shiny antique silver plate in modern settings!

I'm not sure if it's just a little tipsy in shape, or that's me, with the camera! Sometimes I see it, sometimes I don't. Only visible at some angles.
