Late 1800s vintage flow blue blue and white transferware china bowl with excellent deep cobalt blue color, very flowed.
The pattern is a typical Oriental scene, with a junk or small boat on the water, grand buildings and graceful weeping willows. We can't make out the makers mark, but believe it's English Staffordshire.
This is about 10" in diameter across the rim of the bowl. There's two large old chips - very browned - and a short tight hairline crack at the rim of the bowl. Shabby but pretty, a nice old thing!
