vintage moon and stars blue glass - footed tumbler, match holder or mini vase

1970s or 80s vintage L E Smith glass mini vase, or cigarette holder? This measures 3 1/2" tall.

I love the 'bluenique' color of this piece, even if I'm not sure what it is!

It's in excellent condition, and would be pretty where ever you put it - wouldn't it be nice to hold long matches, or maybe makeup brushes?
