old antique metal bucket, bail handle pail tin can w/ lid, 1880s embossed date

1880s vintage metal can with lid and wire bail handle, nicely marked with patent date on the lid. This has a lovely patina of darkened tinning and light rust... really amazingly good for a piece of this age and type. It measures about 7" tall x 7 1/2" in diameter.
