vintage Mexican glass pitcher, cobalt blue water jug hand blown seeded glass

Rustic hand blown glass pitcher, cobalt with with applied clear glass handle. This is made in in Mexico, 80s or 90s vintage I think. It's in excellent condition without damage. Measures about 7 3/4" tall.
