80s vintage fabric, cotton / poly gingham pine green & white mini checks

80s vintage cotton / poly blend gingham, this is a 'wrinkle free' finish, I think. Deep pine green and white, this looks so fresh and crisp! It's 48" wide x 2 1/2 yards, in very good clean condition.
