vintage US Navy Supply Corps officer's jacket w/bullion oak leaf patches & braid

Vintage United States Navy Supply Corps officer's uniform jacket. We've been told that is is a lieutenant's jacket. This jacket has hand stitched metal bullion oak leaf patches lower arms and bullion braid rings around the cuffs We're not sure of the exact vintage (Cold War?, Vietnam War?). This jacket is a knit fabric and has a label from "Max Oberhard - Naval & Civilian Outfitters - Newport, RI".
