Vintage World War Two era, khaki / olive drab canvas folding bucket. It measures 8" across and 11" deep. It has a spliced hemp or sisal rope handle and a cotton webbing strap handle on the bottom of the bucket. There are iron rings in the top and bottom of the bucket to keep it round.
This looks to us like military issue. This bucket isn't marked, but we had the match to this bucket and it was marked with an anchor with a "U" on one side and an "A" on the other on the bottom of the bucket, so we're guessing that it was made for the United States Navy.
This is in nice shape with some wear / discoloration to the surface of the canvas. We didn't see any holes.
