WWII vintage US Navy military canvas bucket rope handle

Vintage World War Two era, khaki / olive drab canvas folding bucket. It measures 8" across and 11" deep. This is marked with an anchor with a "U" on one side and an "A" on the other on the bottom of the bucket. It has a spliced hemp or sisal rope handle and a cotton webbing strap handle on the bottom of the bucket. There are iron rings in the top and bottom of the bucket to keep it round. This looks like military issue and we're guessing that it was for the United States Navy.

This is in nice shape with some wear / discoloration to the surface of the canvas. We didn't see any holes.
