vintage blue glass canister jars, apothecary jar type Wheaton bottles

Pair of tall blue glass apothecary bottles or canister jars, marked Wheaton. These were made to hold cork stoppers, I think - there's not a tapered edge where a ground stopper or fitter would rest.

They have no corks, but the jars themselves are in very good clean condition without damage. They're about 3 3/4" in diameter at the base, and 8 1/2" tall.
