vintage carved dragon, incolay stone composition green faux jade carving made in China

Medieval Legends - Made in China carved 'stone' dragon, jade colored composition which looks something like the vintage incolay marble - not sure what this is made of. It's 70s or 80s vintage, I think.

The color is beautiful, and the matte textured finish is amazingly detailed. The dragon measures about 7" long end to end, 6" tall. There's a few soil marks to the surface, no chips or cracks.
