vintage green glaze ceramic elephant trunk up lucky figurine, mid-century USA pottery

Unmarked USA pottery elephant, mid-century vintage, mint green color. Not sure of the maker on this one.

This measures about 6 1/2" long x 5 1/2" tall. Condition is very good - no chips or repairs, very little crazing. There's a little soil (old tape?) on the bottoms of the feet.
