vintage paint by number style art, retro hand colored owl print in wood frame

1970s vintage owl artwork with a great paint by number style! I think this is drawn or printed and then hand colored with paint type textile markers on a thin felt or interfacing material. It's neatly worked and nicely framed, in good clean condition. Measures 21 1/2" x 17 1/2" over the frame.
