Vintage horseless carriage in amber glass... this is mid 20th century, not period to the car it depicts!

Measures 5" long x 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" overall. Maybe a cigarette holder or a candy container? Maybe just a planter? It's in very good clean condition without chips or damage.
