ornate sugar scuttle bowl, gold lined vintage silver plate sugar scoop

Vintage silver plated gold lined sugar scuttle, not marked at all that we could see. This measures about 5" x 5 1/2".

It's been used, and has scratching to the interior as well as wear and tarnishing to the plating.
