early old sloped shoulder blue fruit jar, Mason's Patent 1858

Antique aqua blue glass, one quart size, fruit jar with the old zinc metal lid. This is a very early jar and is marked Mason's Patent - Nov 30th - 1858 on the front with the maltese cross emblem. This old jar is also marked 249 on the bottom of the jar.
