1880s antique flow blue brush stroke pattern plate, stamped marks

Late Victorian vintage flow blue plate, about 7" in diameter, marked only with a few numbers on the reverse.

It's very browned, and shabby with several chips and tight hairlines. But the blue is lovely and dark, and the brush stroke patterns are very collectible!
