1920s vintage Made in Japan Tokanabe ware pottery vase, unusual burnished smooth finish

1920s vintage Made in Japan vase, a very large Tokanabe piece with unusual burnished smooth finish black ceramic. This is lovely, with hand painted design in a chinoiserie style like antique japanned furniture. It's about 10 1/2" tall.

It's in good condition, no chips or cracks though it does have a few marks and spots to the finish, and a little bit of wear to the paint.
